Accessibility declaration

This declaration was published on 17/06/2025 for the website https://www.vivescia-industries.com. 

It is valid from its publication and must be updated after three years, following any major modifications to the website, or within 18 months of the publication of a new version of the RGAA (Référentiel Général d’Accessibilité pour les Administrations – French Digital Accessibility Standard).

VIVESCIA's commitments 

VIVESCIA undertakes to make its websites, intranet, extranet, and software applications (as well as its mobile applications and digital urban furniture) accessible pursuant to article 47 of law no.2005-102 of 11 February 2005. 

We value diversity and inclusion, and we undertake to ensure our website (https://www.vivescia-industries) is accessible to everyone, in particular people with disabilities.

We were assisted in this digital accessibility procedure by Accessiway.

We are determined to make the internet accessible to all. As part of a long-term, socially responsible vision, we aspire to full compliance with regulatory requirements, in particular RGAA 4.1.2.

Following this audit, a series of non-compliant criteria were brought into compliance, resulting in a compliance rate of 85.24% with the criteria of RGAA version 4.1.2.

  • Some scripts are not compatible with assistive technologies, in particular the “play” button for certain videos.
  • Some scripts cannot be controlled by keyboard or certain pointing devices, notably access to the navigation sub-menu.
